The Scorpion HCCR is a specially designed large-capacity solid-state electronic blasting machine for use in blasts which exceed the capacity of regular permissible blasting units. The HCCR is built with the same type of shunting circuitry found in the HB-20P and HB-20AP so that it can be used in coal and gaseous mines, and this unit is MSHA Accepted (Acceptance #MSHA-LCBU-1). Use of this product does require a variance from mine inspectors. The HCCR is designed to detonate up to 150 short-delay iron leg wire electric detonators in a circuit of 6 series of 25 in parallel. |
